Debbie Wesolowski is an award-winning designer, event planner, and marketing professional. For over 30 years I have utilized my diverse talents to develop programs for the city of Albuquerque New Mexico and to provide interior design and marketing assistance for over forty senior living communities throughout the Mid-Atlantic states from Virginia to Georgia and Alabama.
As an event planner, she has worked with Demi Moore, Huey Lewis & the News to name a few. Locally, Debbie has coordinated the Gloucester Daffodil Festival for eight years. DWA designs for local clients in the Williamsburg area as well as all custom homes built by Black Tip Builders.
Debbie has raised six children and she has thirteen grandchildren! They all know how she rolls and she tries to teach them her aspirations and joy for life. As a breast cancer survivor of over thirty years, Debbie feels she is very blessed and she tries to make the most out of life and focus on all it’s joy. She believes in paying it forward and helping others whenever possible.
Debbie has served on the Board of the Alzheimer’s Association where she helped design a living environment for patients with Alzheimer’s or related dementia. She also created “An Affair of the Heart”, featuring soap opera stars, for the American Heart Association. Not one to stay on the ground, Debbie skydived to raise funds for breast cancer.
Debbie says she is out of the box and anyone who knows her knows she LOVES to dance! If the music is playing, she is dancing! She says if she can jump out of a plane, she can certainly do this!
