Lee Yowell is a Professional Civil Engineer in the transportation construction industry and just celebrated his 15th year with RK&K.    He was born in Virginia Beach and moved to Richmond where he currently resides.  After graduating from Midlothian High School, Lee attended VMI where he graduated in 1993.  He is currently the Area Engineer on the Nice Bride Replacement Project. Lee is an avid skier.  During high school and college he volunteered with the Winter Special Olympics held at Wintergreen.  For the past decade, Lee and his daughters have been organizing, hosting, and volunteering for the annual Richmond area Big Brothers Big Sisters ski trip at Wintergreen with the help of Hope Church (Grant Hayes) and the amazing, hard working staff of BB BS.  Lee is a member of the Southern Alpine Racing Association (SARA) and a member of U.S. Ski & Snowboard Association (USSA).  He also enjoys disc golf and hopes to begin taking bigs and littles out this Spring to play at the Bryan Park disc golf course in Richmond.  He is excited to be able to help BBBS and Literacy for Life and to continue providing experiential education opportunities for children living in financial hardships. He is the proud father of two beautiful daughters, Lilly (21) and Ella (19).

Lee is dancing with Ruth Griggs.
