Scott Kucinski is the Vice President of Sotherly Hotels, a locally based real estate investment trust that owns hotels throughout the Southern United States. Originally from Erie, PA, Scott moved to Williamsburg in 2004 to start his career with Sotherly after graduating from Washington & Lee University. He is also a 2010 graduate of William & Mary’s Mason School of Business. Scott is the co-founder and chairman of the Williamsburg Craft Beer Festival. Known as Williamsburg’s Biggest Beer Benefit, this event has raised over $140,000 for local non-profits over the past 6 years. Scott lives in town with his amazing wife Morgan and Lexie, their chocolate lab. In his free time, Scott enjoys playing golf, spending time outdoors, or attending local events and showing support throughout the community.
